The Stormwater Board of Bluefield is proud to announce the addition of a Stormwater Hotline. This hotline is a valuable tool that the citizens of Bluefield will be able to use in reporting any and all stormwater related environmental issues.
The Hotline should be used for :
· Reporting suspected dumping of any materials into storm drains, ditches, creeks or streams.
· Placing of grass clippings or leaves into a street, storm drain, ditch, creek, or stream.
· Any storm drain inlet in need of cleaning or repairs.
· Any other storm water quality concerns that may need to be addressed.
The Hotline is a 24 hour a day recording system in which all callers may remain anonymous or leave their name and telephone number if they wish to be contacted about their problem.
The Stormwater Board of Bluefield is looking forward to all the help from our citizens in protecting our local waterways and environment. Remember, we all live downstream.
